How to look HOT for the YACHT

Last week, we blogged about our bright and sexy new polo shirts for this year’s CrazySail crew.  The order has been placed and we confirm the price is 16 Euro per person.  Each skipper will be collecting payment from everyone in their crew soon.

This week, we are continuing our excitement about what to wear on the yacht this summer.  Check out our cheeky new Pinterest board ‘Hot for the Yacht’ which will give you some fashion inspiration of what to pack for your CrazySail wardrobe.  Just click on any of the images below to see the full board of images.  We love the classic nautical blues and whites but we also look forward to seeing everyone in fun bright colours.  You know, to match our fun bright CrazySail shirt.

Our fashion tips for the week are set out below for the girls and the boys.

GIRLS

What to bring

What not to bring:

  • Your sexiest bikinis
  • Denim shorts
  • Summer dresses
  • Light blouses
  • Canvas shoes or Espadrilles
  • Havaianas
  • Light jewellery
  • Strap on sandals
  • Tank tops
  • Sunglasses (we love the Aviator style sunglasses)
  • Straw hats (so hot right now!)
  • Water-resistant iPhone case
  • A big suitcase – it won’t fit on the boat.  A soft duffle bag is a much better option!
  • High heels, wedges, platforms – you will break your ankle running around the boat in these
  • Dry clean only clothes that will make you cry if it gets wet
  • Valuable jewellery that might er… fall off the boat and sink deep into the sea along with that necklace from Titanic
  • Winter jackets or thick fabric clothing – no need to pack these.  It’s gonna be hooootttt … the way we like it.
  • Scarves that might fly away with the wind when we’re sailing

BOYS

What to bring

What not to bring:

  • Hats – caps and straw hats are your best bet
  • Sunglasses – we love the RayBans with mirrored lenses right now
  • Polos
  • Casual button up shirts with the sleeves rolled up (this look drives the girls crazy!)
  • Shorts – bright board shorts look very trendy by the seaside
  • Boat shoes or Plimsoles
  • Havaianas
  • Crocs … if you are prepared for the social backlash!
  • Water-resistant iPhone case
  • A big suitcase – it won’t fit on the boat.  A soft duffle bag is a much better option!
  • Trousers – no need to pack these.  It’s gonna be hooootttt … the way we like it
  • Man bags
