Here's what a Crazy day looks like

As a Skipper...

07:00 – Wake up (usually in a dream location) get the yacht ready to sail
08:00 – Meet Route Manager for daily meeting and coffee (after all we are Italians)
09:00 – Leave port and guide your crews through epic adventures
13:00 – Drop anchor in a natural bay, swim and have lunch
16:00 – Arrive to the destination and help your colleagues
19:00 – Be ready to take your crew to the CrazySail event. Enjoy your night!

As a Staff...

07:00 – Wake up (usually in a dream location) help your skipper
08:00 – Meet Event Manager for daily meeting and coffee (after all we are Italians)
09:00 – Kickstart everyone’s day and be the best host
13:00 – Arrive in a natural bay – time to swim and have lunch
16:00 – Help skipper moor the yacht for the night
19:00 – Prepare the venue, be ready to host our crews, make the magic!!!

Want to get to know us?
The WindArt Skipper Academy Lite
is the little sister of the Skipper Academy!
A 1 day course in which you will get to know us
and we will introduce you to the basic flotilla manoeuvring skills!

Minimum age: 18
Duration: 1 day
Requirements: one internationally recognised sailing license or being in the process of completing the certification or being in the process of completing the certification

STAFF ACADEMY

The WindArt Staff Academy is designed to make you
the perfect host for our flotilla crews
